Becoming a Friend of the Colostomy Association is very easy. You can either :

• Click here to open the registration form, then print it, complete it and send by post to 15 Station Rd, Reading, Berks, RG1 1LG or fax it to us on 01189 569095.

• Telephone our Freephone numbers 0800 587 6744 or 0800 328 4257 and give your details to one of our office staff

• Complete the web form below and submit it to us online

Upon receipt of your details, we will forward you our Welcome pack which will include a copy of the latest edition of our Tidings magazine and a full literature pack, with information on diet, travel and lots of other hints and tips

Membership is free but we do rely on donations, along with income from fund raising events, to maintain our services.
